- Subject to advance booking and limited availability. For Boo Parties, admission is guaranteed for only one of the parties. Tickets can be reserved by phone or WhatsApp until sold out.
- To be collected on any day during the season and valid only on regular non-event days.
- Valid for 1 week before or after the birthday and only on regular non-event days.

* There may be up to 4 additional special event days, besides those shown in the calendar, on which Season Pass access will be subject to advance booking and limited availability. Pass holders will be notified of these dates by email at least 2 weeks in advance. The dates will also be announced at the park and published on the park’s official website and social media channels.

The reduced rate applies to large families, single-parent families, unemployed people and members of the State Security Forces and Corps. Valid supporting documentation must be provided to receive the discount.
Available only to the pass holder with a recognised disability of at least 33%. Includes one companion free of charge (provided that the pass holder is between 2 and 17 years old or, if aged 18 or over, has a recognised disability of at least 75%). The companion must be over 18 years old. An additional companion is available for a €27 surcharge. Valid supporting documentation must be provided to receive the discount.

General terms and conditions
- Valid from 12 September 2026 to 3 January 2027.
- The Season Pass holder must be at least 2 years old. Children under 2 years old or under 90 centimetres tall may enter the park free of charge.
- The companion must always be over 18 years old. This option is available for individual passes whose holders are between 2 and 17 years old.
- Renewal is available only to purchasers of the 2025 Season Pass and/or the 2025 Halloween + Christmas Pass.
- If Pola Park has to close due to force majeure or end the season early, the closed days will be compensated with a discount voucher.
- You must bring photocopies and the original of the Season Pass holder’s ID card or Family Record Book.
- If the pass is lost, damaged or stolen, a fee of €3.50 will be charged for a replacement.
