- By prior and limited reservation. In the case of Boo Parties, entry is guaranteed for only one of the parties. Tickets can be reserved by phone or via WhatsApp until sold out.
- To be picked up any day of the season and valid only for regular days without events.
- Valid 1 week before or after the birthday and only for regular days without events.

* There may be a maximum of 4 special days with an event, apart from those indicated in the calendar, in which access with a season pass will be subject to prior and limited reservation. Owners will be notified of these days at least 2 weeks in advance by email, as well as being published on the park’s official facilities, website and social networks.

Includes one free companion (provided the holder is between the ages of 2 and 17, or if they are over 18, have a minimum of 75% disability). The companion must be over 18 years old. If an additional companion is desired, there will be a supplement of 27€. Valid documentation will be required to apply the discount.

General Conditions
- Valid from September 27, 2025, to January 4, 2026.
- The season pass holder must be at least 2 years old. Children under 2 years or 90 centimeters tall will have free access to the park.
- The companion must always be over 18 years old and applies to individual passes with holders aged between 2 and 17 years.
- Renewal valid only for Season Pass 2024, or Halloween + Christmas Pass 2024 buyers.
- In case Pola Park has to close due to force majeure or advance the season closure, the closed days will be compensated with a discount voucher.
- It is essential to bring photocopies and the original of the ID or Family Book of the season pass holder.
- In case of loss, damage, or theft, a fee of 3,50€ will be charged for the duplicate.
