For the purposes of these Conditions, the Website shall be understood to include both the main domain www.polapark.com and any pages, subpages, promotional landing pages, forms or digital services linked to Pola Park, unless different specific conditions are established therein.
Pola Park reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration, contents and services of the Website. The User acknowledges and accepts that Pola Park may interrupt, disable or cancel any of the elements, contents or services included on the Website when necessary for technical, operational, legal, commercial or security reasons.
Access to the Website is free and, as a general rule, does not require payment, without prejudice to the connection cost charged by the telecommunications network provider contracted by the User.
The use of certain contents, promotions, bookings, forms or services on the Website may require the User to provide data, accept specific conditions, use promotional codes or invitations, or complete a booking process.
The User

The User undertakes to use the Website, its contents, forms, promotions and services in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, generally accepted use and these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
The User shall be responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and lawfulness of the information provided through the Website forms, including, where applicable, data relating to bookings, attendees, promotions, invitations or promotional codes.

The User undertakes to carefully read and, where applicable, accept the specific conditions applicable to each promotion, invitation, promotional code or booking before completing the corresponding process.
The User undertakes to provide truthful, accurate, complete and up-to-date information in booking or participation forms, and to ensure that the details of all attendees included in the booking are correct and comply with the requirements established for each promotion or service.
When a promotion, invitation, code or booking is conditional upon compliance with certain requirements, such as residence in a specific province, attendee identification, matching details with official documents, usage limits per person, date availability or any other condition, the User declares that they understand and accept that failure to comply with such requirements may prevent access to, enjoyment of or validation of the corresponding benefit.

Pola Park may deny, cancel or invalidate a booking, invitation, promotional code or associated benefit when it detects incorrect data, duplicate entries, breach of the applicable conditions, fraudulent use, unauthorised use, system manipulation, failure to comply with access requirements or any other circumstance that breaches the conditions of the promotion, applicable regulations or the rights of Pola Park or third parties.
