* There may be a maximum of 4 special days with an event, apart from those indicated in the calendar, in which access with a season pass will be subject to prior and limited reservation. Owners will be notified of these days at least 2 weeks in advance by email, as well as being published on the park’s official facilities, website and social networks.

* The season pass holder must be at least 2 years old. Children under 2 years or 90 centimeters tall will have free access to the park.
* The companion must always be over 18 years old and applies to individual passes with holders aged between 2 and 17 years.
* Renewal valid only for Season Pass 2023, Halloween Pass 2023 or Christmas Pass 2023 buyers.
* In case Pola Park has to close due to force majeure or advance the season closure, the closed days will be compensated with a discount voucher.
* It is essential to bring photocopies and the original of the ID or Family Book of the season pass holder.
* In case of loss, damage, or theft, a fee of €3,50 will be charged for the duplicate.
